Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including incorrect size selection. This is in line with Australian Consumer Law and standard print-on-demand practices.

However, we want you to love your order. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order has a manufacturing or printing issue, or arrives damaged, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once received, we will organise a free replacement. In most cases you will not need to return the item.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Choosing an incorrect size

  • Customer input errors during checkout

Each product is produced on demand and cannot be resold once returned.

Returns Address
Returns must not be sent to the production or fulfilment facility.
If a return is required for an approved reason, we will provide a returns address in Australia.

Delivery Issues
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate and organise a replacement where appropriate.
